Job Description
The HR Technology Manager will oversee HR Technology programs, including design, implementation, and support. The role requires 5+ years of experience with HR Technology, preferably with PeopleSoft, iCIMS, and Cornerstone.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field
- 5+ years of experience with HR Technology, preferably with PeopleSoft, iCIMS and/ or Cornerstone
- SQL experience
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficient in HRIS software
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Strong ability to build relationships in a collaborative environment
- Strong ability to persuade/influence others
- Understands other business functions and how they come together to create results and value
- Can interact comfortably and effectively with executives and front-line employees
