Job Description
We are seeking skilled Make Ready Technicians to restore repaired vehicles to their pre-accident condition. The role involves sanding, buffing, washing, cleaning, and ensuring all repairs are completed efficiently and accurately. Candidates will also be responsible for communicating with management and reporting any remaining defects.
Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in make ready for collision center
- knowledge of make ready techniques and tools
- ability to read and understand estimates
- physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in various weather conditions
