Requirements
- Answer inbound service phone calls and scheduling service appointments.
- Make outbound calls as assigned to contact service customer to remind them of upcoming service, special order parts notification and after service follow up
- Answer customer online inquires by email, phone, and text
- Schedule service appointments. Reschedule no show service appointments
