Associate Scientific Director (Medical Publications)

Red Nucleus is hiring an Associate Scientific Director to join our global Medical Communications team. This role is remote based anywhere within the US or Canada. The Associate Scientific Director will lead scientific strategy, oversee content excellence, and manage teams with autonomy.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field (e.g., MSc, PhD, PharmD, MD)
• ~5+ years' medical communications/medical writing experience, including multi-asset or multi-account leadership and scientific team oversight
• ~1+ years' people management and coaching experience
