Scientific Director (Medical Publications)

We are hiring a Scientific Director (Medical Publications) to join our global Medical Communications team. The role is remote based in the US or Canada and involves leading scientific strategy, overseeing content excellence, and managing teams. The ideal candidate has experience in medical communications, scientific writing, and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Minimum Experience: Experienced
• Advanced degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field (MSc, PhD, PharmD, MD)
• 6+ years' medical communications/medical writing experience, including multi-asset or multi-account leadership and scientific team oversight
• 2+ years' people management and coaching experience
• Strategic thinking and client leadership
• Excellence in scientific writing, editing, data interpretation, and mastery of publications standards
• Strong understanding of clinical research and regulatory landscape
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, graphic and image generations software, and collaboration platforms
