Director, Scientific Services (Med Comms)

Red Nucleus is hiring a Director, Scientific Services to join their global Medical Communications team. The role is remote based within the UK. The successful candidate will be a scientific leader accountable for full strategic ownership of one or more accounts, leading scientific strategy, overseeing content excellence at scale, and managing teams with autonomy.

Requirements

• Experienced in medical communications/medical writing with 6+ years of experience
• Advanced degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field (e.g., MSc, PhD, PharmD, MD)
• 2+ years of people management and coaching experience
• Excellent scientific writing, editing, and data interpretation skills
• Strategic thinking and client leadership skills
• Strong understanding of clinical research and regulatory landscape
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, graphic and image generation software, and collaboration platforms
