Job Description
RedPoint Labs is a product-driven, curious, and creative global interactive entertainment software company. We deliver games, content and online services for Internet-connected consoles, personal computers, mobile phones and tablets.
Requirements
- Strong practical knowledge of the F2P business model and mechanics.
- 5+ years of development experience for mobile games. (Unity)
- Shipped multiple titles, and have led at least one title as a Dev Lead.
- Analytical thinking and passion for data driven decision making
- Great communication skills that supports an open working environment in terms of feedback
- Strong teamwork skills, but also the ability to take ownership and work independently
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to meet project deadlines
- Passion for making games that look and play great.
- Demonstrated knowledge of good software engineering practices and development methodologies; specifically, Agile / Scrum
