Job Description
Operate and monitor a highly automated machine in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with responsibilities including troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and record-keeping.
Requirements
- Operate and troubleshoot strapping heads
- Operate Dehacker control panels and perform product and size changeovers
- Operate unloading equipment, grippers, unloading tracks, and robotic teach pendants
- Handle routine troubleshooting and equipment faults
- Complete production records and documentation
- Monitor photo cells, proximity switches, pneumatic controls, and hydraulic controls
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Perform additional duties as assigned
