Loss Prevention Consultant responsible for conducting residential, commercial, and farm property inspections to identify risk and provide loss prevention recommendations.

Requirements

• Schedule appointments with policyholders to conduct safety evaluations
• Notation of construction, risk management and loss control points
• Provide digital photographs, measurements and structure diagrams
• Identify hazards, risk exposure, maintenance opportunities and loss prevention improvements
• Calculate replacement costs to structures. ‘Insurance to Value’
• Effectively communicate and work with policyholders and brokers
• Provide support and guidance to underwriters, brokers, and policy holders
• Participation in industry association events and continuing education
