CEO / Co-founder (B2B Automation / AI Agents)

We are looking for a CEO / Co-founder to lead the creation of a new AI-driven startup focused on automation and AI agents for B2B environments. As CEO / Co-founder, you will be responsible for shaping the opportunity space, validating the problem, defining the product direction, and building the company from zero together with the venture-building team.

Requirements

• At least 5-7+ years of proven track record of leadership experience in a startup environment
• At least 3+ years of experience working with IT implementations or technology projects in large organizations
• Experience building projects, products, or startups from scratch
• Strong understanding of current technology and AI trends
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong ownership attitude
• Proven ability to identify market opportunities and translate them into product or business ideas
• Strong networking and business development capabilities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, early-stage environments
• Knowledge of project management and process design
