2026 Launch Program: Associate Intern | RVPR

Join Red Ventures' 10-week Launch Program internship to gain hands-on industry experience, work on meaningful projects, and potentially secure a full-time return offer for the following summer. As part of the cohort, you'll experience in-depth onboarding, extended training, and mentorship. You'll also get to know the RV culture through engagement events and social impact opportunities.

Requirements

• Graduating Summer 2027 with a relevant undergraduate degree
• Internship start date in our June 2026 cohort
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen
• Strong grit and learning mentality
• Willingness to innovate and take ownership of projects
• Analytical skills and experience with data extraction, manipulation, and visualization
• Ability to drive decisions and behavior changes through data-driven solutions
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
