Director, Human Resources | Education

Red Ventures is seeking a Director, People to support its RV Education business. The role will partner with the business’s senior leadership team to shape and execute people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with strong generalist depth
• Experience supporting senior leaders and contributing to strategic talent discussions
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build trust across leadership levels
• Experience operating in environments undergoing change or transformation
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment law; Puerto Rico experience strongly preferred
