Director of Paid Media | Home - We are looking for an analytical, innovative paid media leader to help us scale customer acquisition efforts for a Fortune 50 client in the telecommunications and entertainment industry.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience owning paid media strategy and performance for high-volume or complex acquisition programs, with deep experience in Paid Social
- Proven leader and developer of talent with a track record of driving strong performance and growth through a team
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a passion for performance marketing and growth economics
- Advanced excel skills and strong SQL experience, with familiarity in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
- Experience navigating attribution, incrementality, and measurement bias, and the ability to explain tradeoffs clearly
- Experience working with external partners, vendors, or client-facing stakeholders is a plus, including the ability to communicate strategy and performance clearly
