As the Retail Manager at RWB Thrift, you will oversee retail operations, create a positive work environment, maximize sales opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Oversee day-to-day functions of the sales floor
• Uphold company standards throughout all customer areas of the store
• Ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service at the cash registers and on the retail floor
• Train and develop Retail Supervisors
• Maintain store standards and achieve sales targets
