Retail Store Manager

The Retail Store Manager is responsible for the overall retail operations, including recruitment, team development, profitably, managing expenses, accounts receivable, developing new business, store inventory and merchandising. The ideal candidate will promote and support the Red Wing brand image through professional selling, building loyalty and long-lasting relationships with customers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be age 18+ within 30 days of application
• 2 years managerial experience
• Results oriented
• Effective Written/Verbal Communication
• Knowledge and comfort with technology and Microsoft Office programs
