Job Description
The St. James Hotel is seeking a Front Desk Guest Service Representative to create distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work a flexible schedule, and have knowledge of hotel property, local attractions, and hours of operation of hotel outlets and services.
Requirements
- One-year certificate from college or technical school and three to six months related experience/training
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- Basic Microsoft Office Suite experience
