Job Description
Redbarn Pet Products is seeking a Logistics Clerk to support supply chain operations by coordinating domestic and international outbound shipments.
Requirements
- Process and track domestic and international outbound shipments
- Prepare shipping documents (packing lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, NAFTA, export documents, labels)
- Schedule and monitor prepaid and collect shipments
- Coordinate with carriers, brokers, freight forwarders, customers, and internal teams
- Verify inventory scanning and shipment accuracy
- Review shipping routes, schedules, and costs
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Handle emails, phone calls, filing, and general office support
- Follow GMPs and Food Safety guidelines
