Job Description
REDE Consulting is hiring a ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer to join a rapidly growing consulting firm specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions, collaborating with teams, and working on real-world enterprise projects. The company prioritizes innovation and impact in a regulated environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.
- Strong understanding of Risk Frameworks, Control Management, and Policy Management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Relevant ServiceNow Certification is mandatory (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM/GRC).
- Exposure to Agile delivery environments and ITSM/CMDB integrations (a plus).
- Experience working in Finance, Insurance, or Healthcare (a plus).
