The Redford Center is seeking a collaborative and results-driven Institutional Giving Manager to join our team. The role will manage and grow our foundation and corporate fundraising portfolio, steward institutional partners, and translate our programmatic impact into compelling funding opportunities that advance our mission of environmental storytelling.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in institutional fundraising, grants management, or a related development role, ideally in a nonprofit setting.
- Strong grant writing and editing skills, with the ability to clearly articulate programs, impact, and budgets for diverse institutional audiences.
- Proven experience managing an established portfolio of foundation and corporate funders, with the ability to step into and steward existing relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple deadlines, deliverables, and funding requirements at once.
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Asana, or similar systems) and maintaining accurate records.
- Experience supporting or participating in funder meetings, briefings, and relationship-building efforts.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally with program and finance staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Passionate about film as a tool for culture change and deeply committed to environmental progress.
