Case Support Manager

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Case Support Manager to guide investigative personnel through the technical, legal, and operational requirements necessary to deploy Computer Network Operations (CNO) capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to translate complex technical processes into actionable guidance for a diverse set of mission partners.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• 5+ years of experience supporting government investigations, cyber operations, CNO/CNE activities, or similar mission environments
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply court-authorized technical collection authorities, warrants, and governing legal frameworks
• Strong understanding of CNO operational workflows, mission planning, and technical capability deployment
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to brief complex technical concepts to non-technical personnel and senior leaders
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex cases with multiple dependencies
• Strong organizational, documentation, and case management skills
