Job Description
Join ReDiscover's Coed Department and make a difference in the lives of individuals impacted by mental illness or substance use. As a Counselor Technician, you will monitor clients, facilitate activities, and maintain confidentiality while providing a safe and supportive environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Missouri Class E automobile operator's license (or equivalent)
- Insurance on personal vehicle (Missouri or Kansas State Law)
- Working knowledge of mental illness and substance use disorders (preferred)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate computer skills
