Requirements

• Complete initial assessment/history on all clients entering treatment.
• Strategically use assessment information to make an appropriate clinical evaluation of client's current conditions in a timely manner.
• Provide a welcoming approach towards all clients, visitors and guests from a trauma informed approach.
• Communicate and collaborate with an internal multi-disciplinary team to address various aspects of wellness and ensure positive communication regarding the coordination of client care.
