Job Description
Redlen Technologies is seeking a Manager, Occupational Health and Safety to lead the development and implementation of the company's Occupational Health and Safety Management System. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Safety, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of health and safety experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong working knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and best practices
- Experience conducting incident investigations and risk assessments
- Experience with ergonomics, chemical safety, contractors, and highârisk processes
- Proficiency with safety documentation, reporting, and data tracking
