Redlen Technologies is a pioneering company that has revolutionized the semiconductor crystal growth and fabrication process. The successful applicant will assume a key role in identifying and containing non-conforming parts from being put into stock and product shipped to the customer.
Requirements
- Perform inspections of purchased parts/materials, subassemblies and finished company products according to defined criteria
- Follow defined sampling procedures and recording lot/batch inspection results in Logs and record sheets
- Collaborate with QA Engineers if required with regards to the disposition of the non-conforming parts or products found
- Input Incoming & Outgoing inspection data
- Ensure inspection instruments & equipment are suitable for use (within calibration)
- Assist QA Engineers in the setup of new or revised parts inspection criteria and procedures
- Assist in the writing and updating of inspection procedures, protocols, visual inspection standards and checklists
- Perform In-Process Inspections if required of key processes according to predefined checklists
- Support the development of the Quality Management System (QMS) by identifying problems and suggesting opportunities for improvement
- Fulfill other duties and responsibilities, as directed
