Senior Software Engineer, Core Enterprise

Redpanda is pioneering the Agentic Data Plane (ADP) - a new category in AI infrastructure that makes it simple and secure to connect AI agents with enterprise data and systems. The company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help expand Redpanda's footprint with enterprise-focused features and functionality related to next-generation streaming platform, security, performance and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of substantial and relevant experience in software development
• Strong understanding and experience of C++, Rust or other systems languages (ideally modern C++17 or C++20)
• Excellent written communication skills, collaboration skills, and executive function to overcome challenges
