5+ years of experience in Open Source software + Saas business models, significant enterprise sales and customer development experience, track record in closing enterprise and mid-market deals
Solutions Engineer
3-8+ years of experience leading presentations, developing solution architectures, and teaching prospective users or project teams how to use software similar to Redpanda. Strong ability to build relationships and comfortable developing/prototyping solutions in many different languages

Significant experience designing and operating large-scale, reliable systems in public cloud environments; track record of leading large technical projects end-to-end, from design and planning, to execution and production operations
