Workplace Technology Engineer

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in infrastructure / system administration / application support
• BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with endpoint (jamf/Intune), server management and monitoring tools
• Knowledge of networking (Cisco/Meraki/Fortinet), firewalls, DNS/DHCP, and VPN technologies
• Solid understanding of ITIL principles and incident/change management processes
