Job Description
RedTeam is a construction technology company that helps general contractors maximize profitability and operate more efficiently. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be on the front lines of our growth engine, engaging with inbound leads, proactively identifying new opportunities through outbound prospecting, and building pipeline for our sales team.
Requirements
- 0–2+ years in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Experience with outbound prospecting is a plus
- Familiarity with SaaS or construction industry is a bonus, not required
