Job Description
The Redwood City School District is seeking a K-5th Grade Bilingual Teacher (Spanish/English Bilingual Required) for the 2026-2027 School Year. The ideal candidate will provide a developmentally appropriate learning environment and instruction aligned with California Content Standards. The teacher will be responsible for implementing the mission, goals, and objectives of the District, as well as maintaining a positive and supportive classroom environment.
Requirements
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree
- At least 24 units in early childhood education, or childhood development, or both
- Professional experience in a classroom setting with preschool age children comparable to the 24 units of education described in bullet 1
- Child Development Teacher Permit issued by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing
- At least 12 units in early childhood education, or childhood development, or both + 1 year of Professional experience in a classroom setting with preschool age children comparable to the 12 units of education described in bullet 1
