Job Description
Redwood Credit Union is looking for an AI Development Intern to design, build, and implement AI-based tools and processes across the organization. This internship will provide a learning-focused opportunity to work with experienced team members and explore AI capabilities.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Basic programming experience through coursework or projects
- Exposure to working with data (e.g., Excel and/or basic SQL) and an interest in learning data preparation and analysis
- Interest in AI and automation, with willingness to learn new tools quickly
- Strong communication skills and ability to document work clearly (notes, steps taken, and results)
- Ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Experience with projects including programming, LLMs, APIs, or similar
- Must be a Junior or Senior in college with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA
