Automation Engineer I

Redwood Credit Union is seeking an Automation Engineer to design, build, and scale AI-powered automation systems. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in AI-friendly programming languages, hands-on experience integrating AI/ML services, and a solid understanding of data foundations for AI systems.

Requirements

• Build and maintain automations using appropriate tools and patterns
• Develop AI-assisted automations with robust evaluation and monitoring
• Integrate automations with enterprise systems using secure APIs and service accounts
• Implement guardrails for secure and responsible AI usage
• Define and measure automation outcomes
