The Bilingual Member Service Associate will perform routine teller work, provide excellent member service, and contribute to the success of the branch by selling and referring Credit Union products.
Requirements
- Ability to count and balance cash
- Ability to effectively cross-sell products and services using a needs-based sales approach
- Ability to work a rotating schedule which will include working on rotating Saturdays
- Ability to learn new products, services, procedures, technology and concepts
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse group of people
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
