Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR/First Aid, CPI
- DSP 1 within the first 3 months and DSP 2 within the 6 months of hire
- RBT needs to be completed within 6 months of hire
- 1 year of professional or personal experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illnesses
- Valid in-state driver’s license, over 21, current registration and insurance, and a driving record with no more than 2 points within the last 3 years
