Job Description
We're looking for a compassionate Adult Residential Facility Administrator to join our team in San Diego/Oceanside, CA. As an Administrator, you'll ensure regulatory compliance, maintain client health and well-being, and manage staffing and labor hours. Requirements
- AA degree or higher preferred
- Adult Residential Facility Certification a must have
- DSP I and DSP II certificates a must have
- CPR/FA and CPI certification preferred
- 3 years experience in the field working with clients with developmental disabilities of Level 4I or Higher Home
- 2 years minimum supervisory experience
