Job Description
Community Partnership Coordinator is to support the growth of our IDD / BH services throughout Arizona. This role is primarily focused on driving business growth by building relationships to generate client referrals.
Requirements
- Experience working within the AZ LTC, DDD and BH systems required
- Proven experience in marketing, outreach, or referral-based roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and relationship management skills
