Job Description
We are seeking a Direct Support Professional II to support individuals with developmental disabilities to have quality of life. The ideal candidate will promote the health, safety and well-being of residents and serve as an advocate for our clients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of professional or personal experience in care giving
- Direct Support Professional Certificate Year 1 & Year 2 and CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months of hire
- First Aid / CPR or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment
- California Driver's License
- Pass a background check
