Job Description
We are seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide quality support to individuals with special needs. As a DSP, you will assist adults with physical and developmental disabilities in their daily lives, including assisting with care needs, daily routines, and social activities.
Requirements
- 1 year experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities, crisis management, behavior management, and ABA.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a California Driver’s License.
- Candidates must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including but not limited to a background check.
