Job Description
We are seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide quality support to individuals with special needs. As a DSP, you will assist adults with physical and developmental disabilities in their daily lives, including dietary, hygiene, and personal care needs. We offer a competitive hourly rate, medical, vision, and dental insurance, 401(K), paid time off, and a $500 sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- 1 year experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities, crisis management, behavior management, and ABA
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a California Driver's License
- Candidates must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including but not limited to a background check
