Job Description
We are hiring Direct Support Professionals to support and care for adults and adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate has a passion for providing quality support and has at least 1 year of experience in caregiving, preferably with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illnesses with challenging behaviors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of professional or personal experience in caregiving
- Direct Support Professional Certificate (Year 1 & Year 2) and CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) preferred
- First Aid / CPR preferred or obtainable within 30 days
- California Driver's License
- Must be at least 18 years of age
