Job Description
People's Care is looking for a high-achieving District Manager to oversee 14+ residential settings for individuals with developmental disabilities in Central California. The role involves managing administrators, traveling to service areas, and collaborating with the management team to improve marketing and productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, or a related human services field
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience with supervising 5-30 employees
- First Aid/CPR and CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certifications
- Direct Support Professional Year 1 & Year 2 Certificates
- California Driver's License
- Successful background check and full vaccination for COVID-19
