Job Description
Join Redwood Family Care Network to make a positive impact and support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their highest potential. The Direct Support Professional II will assist adults with daily needs and create a supportive environment.
Requirements
- Assisting with hygiene, grooming, dietary, and dressing needs
- Supporting clients with bathroom needs
- Changing clothing/undergarments when necessary
- Preparing meals and completing cleanup
- Following daily routines outlined in the Individual Program Plan (IPP)
- Redirecting behaviors through activities like walking, reading, games, math, and computer tasks
- Providing safe transportation in company vans when required
