Job Description
Direct Support Professional (DSP) is needed to assist adults with physical and developmental disabilities in their daily lives. The job involves assisting with complete care of dietary, hygiene, bathing, grooming and dressing needs, including assisting with restroom and other activities of daily living (ADL's).
Requirements
- 1 year experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities, crisis management, behavior management, and ABA.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a California Driver’s License.
- Candidates must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including but not limited to a background check.
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) (Preferred or willing to obtain within the first 6 months of hire).
- Must have First Aid / CPR.
