House Manager-Kent WA

Redwood Family Care Network is hiring a House Manager to support and care for adults and adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The House Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of residential services, ensuring the health, well-being, and safety of clients, and maintaining quality home environments.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret documents in the English language
• Ability to draft routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to speak effectively before representatives from various agencies, Residents, and co-workers
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to conduct instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations
• Ability to pass a Washington State background check
• Ability to maintain active NAR
• Successful completion of 75 CORE Basic Training
• Nurse Delegation
• CPR/First Aid
• Obtain a CPI blue card
