House Manager position now hiring in Olympia, WA. Responsibilities include overseeing residential care, supervising staff, and ensuring client safety and well-being. High school diploma or equivalent required, with preference for experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English language
- Washington State Driver's License, a reliable vehicle, auto insurance, and must be willing to transport clients
- Must be located in & eligible/authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to lift 30lbs.
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Maintain an active NAR or HCA, CNA
- Successfully complete 75 CORE Basic Training Hours (within 90 days of employment, training can be provided)
- First Aid/CPR Certified (within 120 days of employment, training can be provided)
- Nurse Delegation Certificate
- Blood Borne Pathogen (within 120 days of employment, training can be provided)
- Need to obtain CPI Blue Card
- Assist clients with bathroom needs.
- Minimum Experience: Personal experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities with challenging behaviors strongly preferred.
- Minimum Driving Experience: Must have a valid in-state driver’s license and be able to provide current insurance.
