Job Description
We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support our department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The HR Generalist will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities and will help with important functions such as employee relations, training, and HRIS system maintenance.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficiency with Ceridian or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS system
