Job Description
Redwood Materials is seeking an Energy Economics Intern to support the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project pipeline. The intern will track and advance utility-scale BESS projects through the development pipeline, coordinate with stakeholders, and develop software tools to support project tracking and sales workflows.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with electricity markets, grid operations, Investment Tax Credit (ITC) structuring and related incentive programs
