Quality Technician, Energy Storage

Redwood Materials is looking for a Quality Technician to identify quality issues, support investigations, and drive continuous improvements in the manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings a self-starting mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to take ownership and drive results.

Requirements

• Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or related fields
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing environments (technician, engineering tech, or similar role)
• Strong safety discipline (LOTO, PPE, safe work practices)
• Experience in transitioning operations from development to high-volume manufacturing
• Experience with the development and use of quality tools as well as other quality system elements
• Previous exposure to quality systems and international standards
• Adept with process data acquisition and quality analysis tools
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to work effectively with engineers and stakeholders across levels
