Job Description
Redwood Materials is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to manage electrical self-perform teams and oversee construction scheduling and coordination. The role requires 20+ years of construction supervision experience, 15+ years of managing field personnel, and 10+ years of electrical construction experience.
Requirements
- 20+ years of construction supervision experience
- 15+ years of managing field personnel
- 10+ years of electrical construction experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify, track and manage project risk
- Advanced knowledge of Procore and MS Office
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 or other scheduling software
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
- Ability to effectively present information to executive management and/or public groups
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics, and fundamentals geometry and trigonometry
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
