Job Description
As a Senior Process Engineer at Redwood Materials, you will contribute to various processes and projects across the business and locations, supporting the company's hydrometallurgy refining plants and related operations.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related discipline
- 5 to 7 years experience in Chemical Plant Operations and/or Design and Commissioning
- Large scale industrial processing experience
- Operational support and track record of solving difficult chemical and metallurgical process problems and making plant improvements
- Testwork and pilot plant design and operating experience
- Process modelling (HSCSIM, SysCAD, METSIM) and equipment sizing linking testwork and pilot plant operation to real project implementation
- Trade-off studies and financial evaluation
- Process plant design and commissioning
- Track record of solving difficult chemical and metallurgical processing problems
