Senior Consultant - Army Financial Improvement (AFI) Program

Redwood Strategy Group is searching for multiple Senior Consultants to support the U.S. Army’s Financial Improvement (AFI) Program, contributing to efforts within the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army – Financial Operations and Information (ODASA-FOI).

Requirements

• Support audit response, remediation, and sustainment efforts in collaboration with Army stakeholders and service providers.
• Contribute to the implementation and documentation of internal controls in line with the Army’s RMIC program and federal financial management standards.
• Assist with corrective action plan execution, internal control testing, and financial reporting process improvements.
• Collaborate on policy development, training efforts, and standardized business process documentation.
• Provide support for data analysis, financial system evaluations, and reconciliation improvements.
• Work with client teams to ensure coordination across Commands and functional areas in support of audit goals and financial improvement initiatives.
• Participate in strategic communications and change management activities to support program adoption.
